Description
SmartFit PLA
Polilactyd (PLA) is one of the main biodegradable polymers used e.g. in medicine (dental implants) and tissue engineering as well as everyday use materials such as single-use packages or bottles. PLA is considered environment-firendly because it is obtained as a result of the transformation of starch and sugar from renewable sources (such as corn, potatoes, sugar cane or beets), as opposed to petrochemical polymers.
Original, biodegradable, certified raw materials used to produce SmartFit PLA series filamets were selected so as to satisify the needs of the most demanding users of FDM technology. We put all our efforts and care of qualified engineering team to guarantee repeatability and high-quality. The filament combined with adequate configuration of the printer guarantees:
- floss-free technology
- repeatibility of colors
- complex models printing
- a guarantee of the declared tolerance of diamater
- unified structure in cross-section (no porosity)
- perfect adhesion between layers
